Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Information
UNIPRAGA S.A, hereinafter Falling Leaves, in its ticket sales management, carries out an information activity (never organization) of events on the days and times that the promoter and/or organizer of the show informs and authorizes us explicitly and in writing, therefore is never responsible for the possible causes why a show does not take place.
2. Types of Seats
In the case of having different types of seats for the same show on sale, these will be specified within the event listing, in the section dedicated to information about the different performances. Falling Leaves only offers the possibility of choosing the specific seat in some events.
3. Modifications and Cancellations
Online payment orders cannot be modified or cancelled. The customer cannot claim a refund for the ticket amount once the purchase has been made. Money will only be refunded in case of event cancellation.
4. Collection by Third Parties
In case the reservation is in someone else's name, the person collecting must present:
- A signed authorization from the person in whose name the reservation is
- A photocopy of this person's ID
- The purchase confirmation sheet
5. Event Cancellation
Falling Leaves is not responsible for the possible causes why a show is cancelled. Whenever the event promoter notifies Falling Leaves with 24 hours' advance notice and within customer service hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm), we will proceed to duly inform the customer. In case of any type of change (date, time, location, etc.), we will proceed in the same manner.
6. Collection Schedule
The user has the obligation to appear at the box office of the venue where the event will take place within the time specified in the reservation form and in the order confirmation. If this deadline is not met, the corresponding venue will NOT be obliged to keep the purchase made.
7. Email Confirmation
Falling Leaves is not responsible if the customer does not receive the order confirmation email due to not having correctly written their email address.
8. Ticket Validity
Any wrinkled, torn ticket or showing signs of forgery will authorize the Organizer to deny its bearer access to the venue. The Organization is not responsible for tickets that have not been purchased at official points of sale.
9. Duplicate Tickets
The ticket purchaser or the person to whom it is nominated assumes full responsibility in case said ticket is presented in duplicate, photocopied or forged, losing all rights that it grants them to access the event.
10. Identification and Access
According to the law, the public must be identified with ID at the entrance to the show. The organization reserves the right of admission.
11. Ticket Delivery
The ticket will be delivered via email to the address provided at the time of purchase.
12. Data Protection and Recordings
In compliance with article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection, we inform you that during the concert, in addition to being monitored by surveillance video cameras for security purposes, recordings of your image may be made for promotional or advertising purposes. With the purchase of the ticket, the user explicitly accepts to be recorded for security reasons and/or advertising purposes.
